The controller of personal data is ALG TASSA Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Wrocław (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”).

The Controller processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and applicable national regulations.

  1. Scope of processed data

The Controller may process the following personal data:

  • first and last name,
  • e-mail address,
  • phone number,
  • company name,
  • content of messages sent via the contact form, e-mail or WhatsApp,
  • data provided through contact via LinkedIn or Facebook,
  • IP address,
  • statistical and technical data (cookies).

Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary in order to handle an inquiry or establish contact.

Personal data are processed for the purpose of:

  • handling inquiries submitted via the contact form, e-mail or WhatsApp,
  • conducting business communication,
  • presenting offers of accounting, payroll/HR and advisory services,
  • performance of contracts and actions taken prior to entering into a contract,
  • fulfilling the Controller’s legal obligations,
  • analysing website usage statistics (Google Analytics),
  • ensuring the security and proper functioning of the website.

The legal basis for processing personal data is:

  • Article 6(1)(a) GDPR – the user’s consent,
  • Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – taking steps prior to entering into a contract or performance of a contract,
  • Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with a legal obligation,
  • Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – the Controller’s legitimate interests (contact, B2B marketing, analytics).
  1. Social media and messengers

The website contains links to WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Facebook. Contact via these tools is initiated voluntarily by the user. The administrators of these services process data in accordance with their own privacy policies. The Controller is not responsible for the manner in which these entities process personal data.

  1. Google Analytics

The website uses Google Analytics, an analytical tool provided by Google LLC. Google Analytics uses cookies to analyse how the website is used. Data may be transferred to Google servers outside the EU in accordance with applicable data protection mechanisms, including standard contractual clauses. Personal data may be transferred to:

  • entities providing IT, hosting and maintenance services,
  • providers of analytical and communication tools,
  • public authorities – only on the basis of applicable legal provisions.

  • object to processing,
  • withdraw consent at any time,
  • lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

  • analytical (Google Analytics),
  • functional.
