Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR), we hereby inform that:

1. The controller of personal data is ALG TASSA Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Wrocław.

2. Personal data are processed for the purpose of:

  • handling inquiries submitted via the contact form, e-mail, WhatsApp or social media (LinkedIn, Facebook),
  • conducting business communication,
  • presenting service offers,
  • performance of contracts or actions taken prior to entering into a contract,
  • fulfilling the Controller’s legal obligations,
  • conducting website statistical analyses (Google Analytics).

3. The legal basis for data processing is:

  • Article 6(1)(a) GDPR – consent of the data subject,
  • Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – taking actions prior to entering into a contract or performance of a contract,
  • Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with a legal obligation,
  • Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – the Controller’s legitimate interest (contact, B2B marketing, statistics).

4. Recipients of personal data may include entities providing IT, hosting and analytical services, as well as public authorities – solely on the basis of applicable legal provisions.

5. Personal data will not be transferred outside the European Union, except for situations related to the use of analytical tools (Google Analytics), in accordance with applicable data protection mechanisms.

6. Personal data will be stored:

  • for the duration of correspondence,
  • for the term of the contract and after its completion – in accordance with legal requirements,
  • until consent is withdrawn, if processing is based on consent.

7. The data subject has the right to:

  • access their data,
  • rectify their data,
  • request erasure of data,
  • restrict processing,
  • data portability,
  • object to processing,
  • withdraw consent at any time,
  • lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

8. Providing personal data is voluntary, however necessary in order to respond to an inquiry or establish contact.
