With over 20 years of experience in the finance and accounting sector, Anna Gładków is an MBA graduate and an expert in accounting, taxation, and corporate finance. She oversees a team of specialists, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and reliability in all financial processes.
Her professional background includes working with small and medium-sized businesses as well as international corporations, and many years of experience as a court-appointed expert in accounting. She specializes in financial process automation and the implementation of modern accounting systems, supporting startups in building stable foundations and sustainable business growth.
She is fluent in English and Russian.
Privately, she is passionate about off-the-beaten-path travel, foreign languages, and civil aviation.
ŁUKASZ GŁADKÓW
Vice President of the Management Board, HR & Payroll Director
Łukasz Gładków has many years of experience in managing HR and organizational processes. He leads the HR and payroll function, supervising the implementation of personnel processes, supporting teams in client service, and ensuring compliance with labor law.
An experienced manager with a strong corporate background, he combines expertise in people management with hands-on experience in HR and payroll operations. Thanks to this, he effectively supports entrepreneurs in developing partnership-based and sales-oriented organizational structures.
His priorities include precision, timeliness, and efficient HR and payroll processes that allow clients to focus on growing their businesses.
Privately, he is passionate about camper van travel, the Balkans, and world cuisine — interests that shape his openness and sensitivity to diverse perspectives.
